This video was made when I worked for ActionMedia Shanghai, a video production studio producing videos for galleries, exhibition openings, culture, and art. My role in this project is video director and video editor.
The exhibition continues to explore artist Lin Guocheng’s ink pen practices with more than ten recent works pertaining to his contemplations on the aesthetics of Taoism, the synergetic growth between nature and urban environment, as well as the flow of his own state of mind.

We shot this video for Gallery Sciarone in Gouda, The Netherlands. Artist Marko Klomp has a unique blurry painting style. I wanted to combine the photography's blurriness with his blurry painting and let him talk about his art, inspiration, and social context.
